yes I know of Fay,she has a good rep.And yes we have a Stimmy (and 4 spotted ) as well as 2 pygmy banded .
All of the Childreni ( Antaresia ) are good handlers.
Good books to get are "the complete childres python "by Justin Julander,Nick Mutton & Peter Birch; also "a guide to australian pythons in captivity" by Adam Elliott

We did have a bredli, he was a beautiful boy but due to a few household changes and him getting too big he was rehomed to a friend of ours where he is still living out his years fat and happy, so not complaining new to snakes. I'm nervous but excited! I'm completely ok with them when they're little but I get a bit shakey once they get big and need feeding . When hubby is away (works month on month off) all animal, oh and children care is on me.
We're looking at cage logistics at the moment.

We have a couple of bigger pythons as well,Darwin and Coastal carpets .Don't be afraid of bigger snakes, and if need be they can go a month without food
A 3x2x2 should be big enough for full grown Stimsons.
