Any more interest in silkworms? Poor chick has loads of them! She posts extras to make up for any that might not make the trip.

Cocoons. Who wants cocoons for making little wormy babies (or just for feeding the moths to your fave beardie buddy). I'm scared to go back, they're everywhere and The Stooge has stopped eating again haha. She's so disappointed in him right now.

Fussy buggers! Thistle won’t even look at anything else! I’ve got 250 lovely (ewwww) fat woodies for her and she’s completely ignoring them! I wonder if she can smell the silkies from across the room.....
Maybe the stooge will eat the moths? Thistle loves them!!! Like insanely!!

I want to add to that I got about 50 when I was in the area and they lasted well in the fridge until I could get them home.. Mushu loved them, and I've done some more research and they are so good to feed! Just planted a mulberry tree at my mums place and plan on getting more. So thanks for this thread, wouldn't have considered them otherwise since I couldn't get them locally. I had a couple cocoon but read their still good to feed as a moth too.

that's good news,I'm glad it worked out for you.Now you have a mulberry you have a good food source, much better than the fake food!
Silkworms are THE most nutricious source of food you can find.

Slightly cheaper through Brett, I think it works out to be about $.065 per worm including freight if my memory is right
