    Breeding pygmy beardies

I am using the new incubator tubs Brett has in the store, with these tubs the eggs don't touch the vermiculite .
So I am trying them as an experiment with my second clutch of Pygmy eggs...Pygmy eggs.jpg

UPDATE,the second clutch of pygmies is starting to hatch today..20180204_125411.jpg20180204_125440.jpg.
I just love babies so this is an exciting time for me.This clutch only took 46 days so maybe these new tubs are better? the previous clutch took 78 days in the systema tubs.I will be watching this closely.

Why would them sitting on the plastic and not the vermiculite make a difference? I know somebody with tiny woodies just suitable for young hatchlings lol.
    Looks good Rick

I don't know if it's better,It's new to me.Some people say suspended (ABOVE substrate or water ) is better than ON substrate.I'm just trying it out for the first time.Personally I think I'll stick to the old system,I know it works.
