    I'm using the washed play sand from Bunnings that I have seen recommended on here before. It's dry, but Tiger tends to soak in his water bowl and then move about. I've tried to prop it up on a concrete tile to help with this, but I'm not sure.

    Thanks for all the help guys, I went to Bunnings today and got the E80 Spot lights in the 75W to keep on hand. At the moment, the ReptileOne 100w is reaching the right basking temps so I'm leaving it in for now. I did some handy work and now have made a bigger gradient for the heat. I think the double brick wall next to the tank will help contain the basking temp too.
