Hey friends! What’s the general consensus on black soldier fly larvae? There’s a supplier up here that claims they’re excellent lizard food. Thoughts??

Phoenix worms? I've heard great things, especially around their nutritional value. Wouldn't mind using them as treats for my beardie

Bel if I had the time I would breed them myself. Set up a worm farm and put in your veggie scraps. You will soon find young maggots and then grubs in there if Black Soldier Fly are in your area.
