    still sleeping

Ok so my pygmy is still down. I turned ceramic heat on a couple of weeks ago then the UV and nothing. (she's dug herself in her hide and sanded up the entrance but I can still see her in there snoozing). Last couple of days I changed the heat from ceramic to spot globe. Still nothing.

My problem is we are going away next weekend for 3 weeks and although I do have someone lined up to feed her etc they're not overly thrilled about it and I was hoping my girl would be up and back to normal before I left. (the less I need the relos to do the better)

Should I turn everything back off ? Will she stay down for another month?

Edit: I can take her to another friends house, but if she's not awake by next weekend I will have to disturb her to do it. Is this a good idea or not?

if you have to go away for 3 weeks, turn everything off till you get back, keep her in total darkness/coldness.She should be fine for a longer sleep in.When you get back wake her up and give her a good feed with heaps of calcium.

Ok cool. I did turn everything off again this morning. So she won't be woken up until around 11th / 12th October then. I assume she won't come out while we're gone ? If she does there will be nothing for her, food, heat etc (there will be water).

She comes from the desert, they don't eat every day so a few days with no food is no biggy;just leave a water bowl and maybe some veges in case.
