    Hello Todd
I mix up about half a cup to about 5lt of water. Then if not swelled up enough I add more water. The crystals should be about 20 to 30 mm in size. If too watery I just add some more crystals. Try a teaspoon to 500 ml. Then once swollen I give each tub about half a cup full once a week. Small, tiny and babies pretty much on tap.

I hope you mean 2mm to 3mm in size and not 20mm to 30mm. I ended up going with 1/2 teaspoon tp 250ml and had enough to cover 2 Chinese container lids with a little bit left over, looked to be the right consistency, wet but not 2 wet. I will leave the carrots tonight but I checked them 5mins after putting it in and they where already on it

Thanks so much for putting me onto this stuff should work out heaps better than carrots

20mm to 30mm is correct. They swell to about 400 times their original size. You will find bugs are no longer attracted to the tubs.

Well I must be doing something wrong because my ones are more like 2-3mm in size after leaving for an hr or so.... no where near 2-3cm

Looks like the bub roachers are not able to climb up onto the Chinese container lid don't fancy just dumping it on the floor of the tubs

I leave mine soak a day or two. Scuff the edges of the lid with sandpaper. I do this to all my feed and water containers on the inside.

    I got a stack of 200+ from here: http://eggcartonsupplier.com.au/inde...tegory&path=81

I highly recommend e-mailing them instead of just using the website as they'll get a courier quote - the website shipping fees are really inaccurate / overpriced. I think it only ended up being $30 including shipping and ive still got a stack left over. I did this because i could not get proper tray's from any cafes near me and the ones maccas would give me were filthy.
