Any time you like, they are local to this area. As soon as you build a suitable enclosure you can do it.

My pair are fine, but sometimes Gary likes to chase Anna around. I assume he is horny but she has places to hide.
Mostly they just cuddle and lay on each other. They seem to like each other's company which is weird in reptile life.

Depends on your setup, I prefer an aviary because Lacies are climbers so I like to keep them contained for security. Some people like open plan pits, So I guess it's individual preference and space available.
The only way mine could escape is if a tree fell on the cage and damaged it, pits have similar problems.
