MBD or Metabolic Bone Disease is caused by a lack of calcium! Now this could happen 2 ways, either the mother didn't get enough calcium before/during egg development or the hatchling didn't get enough calcium, along with UV.
If detected early enough it can be reversed with proper husbandry and correct use of UVA and UVB with additional supplements of calcium and vitamins.
I can't give you a definitive answer ,you will need to see a reptile vet for a thorough assessment.Do this as soon as possible for a good outcome.
We are not here to blame people but try to offer helpful advice.
Also I wouldn't be trying to breed them until you sort this problem as you will be making her life harder as well as producing weaker babies.
